How to report
Email itdepartment@bolletechnologies.co.za with a description, the steps to reproduce it, and the affected version and operating system. Please don't share details publicly until we've fixed it.
What happens next
We acknowledge reports within 3 working days and give you an update at least every 14 days.
Once fixed, we publish a note and credit you if you'd like.

Access other people's data, run tests that slow down or break our services, or use live malware on systems you don't own.
