Move the app to Applications and install ClamAV from clamav.net. If macOS says it's damaged, run: xattr -cr "/Applications/NetSA Shield.app"
The apps aren't yet signed by Microsoft or Apple, so your computer shows a warning the first time. Detection uses the free ClamAV engine plus the NetSA threat list; no antivirus catches everything.
Windows 10 notice: Microsoft stopped security updates for Windows 10 Home and Pro on 14 October 2025. NetSA Shield can still scan these computers, but we'll warn you, and we recommend upgrading to Windows 11 or enrolling in Extended Security Updates.
